No. 50 Zengjiayan, also known as the Zhou Gongguan, is located on Zhongshan Fourth Road, Yuzhong District. After the CCP delegation moved from Wuhan to Chongqing in the winter of 1938, in order to facilitate work, Comrade Zhou Enlai leased the house in his own name as a major office of the CPC Southern Bureau in the city. The small building is located at the end of the street. On the right is the mansion of the Director General of the Military Command Dai Dai, and on the left is the police station. In the building, the CCP delegation leases only one or three or two floors. The kitchens are all inhabited by people.
In November 1958, Comrade Dong Biwu revisited his hometown and wrote a poem about it humorously: Eight years of resistance to Japan, Sandaweizhi laughed new. Dai Yan is the neighbor on the right, and always looks at the passers-by. On the third and third floors, there are the offices of Dong Biwu and Comrade. In August 1945, during the negotiations between Comrade Chiang Kai-shek and Chiang Kai-shek, he had met people from all walks of life both at home and abroad in the conference room on the ground floor. Comrade Zhou Enlai often met people from all walks of life and journalists from China and abroad.
