Bishops of Cameroon Launch Distress Cry To End Violence In The Anglophone Regions Of The Country - Very Powerful Message


The Bishops of Cameroon have launched a distress cry, to end the violence perpetrated in Southern Cameroons since October 2016.

In a press release of yesterday Wednesday May 17th, 2018 signed by the President of the National Episcopal Conference His Lordship Archbishop Samuel Kleda titled: "A DISTRESS CRY FROM THE BISHOPS OF CAMEROON", the Bishops in one voice said; they have decided to launch this distress cry in the Name of God Most High, for an immediate end to violence.

They also called for dialogue and reconciliation, justice and peace.

This is not the first time the Bishops are vocal about the acts of inhumanity taking place in the two English speaking regions of the country, calling for dialogue.
