Minister Narcisse Mouelle Dissociates Himself from The Upcoming 'Art Action Make Up' Event Because Of Samuel Eto'os Ex-namorada Nathalie Koah

The upcoming 2nd edition of 'Art Action Make up' will not hold under the patronage of  the Minister of Arts and Culture Narcisse Mouelle as initially announced on posters circulating on social media and the streets of Cameron.

A spokesperson from the Ministry yesterday Wednesday March 14, signed a press release, saying the Minister had never given his approval  to patronize the said event, and thus dissociate himself from it.

"Social media and other digital platforms are being used as a means of visual support for the event called 'Art’Action Make up' 2018. The said visuals indicates that this event will be under the distinguished patronage of the Minister of Arts and Culture

I wish to inform the general public that there is nothing like that. In addition, patronage or sponsorship by MINAC is done by the issuance of a sponsorship and / or sponsorship agreement duly signed by the Minister, after the documents have been thoroughly examined.

Concerning 'Art’Action Make up' 2018, the organizers do not have that, and cannot be supported by the Ministry of Art and Culture.

As a result, MINAC declines its responsibility for any damage that may be caused to people in the cause of the event." The Press Release read.

However, a source from the organizing committee of the event said the Ministry had earlier given their approval to patronize the event, but retracted when they discovered that Nathalie Koah, Samuel Eto'os ex-girlfriend is to be the patroness of the event as written on the posters. Consequently, the delegation of Art and Culture that was to host this event,  pulled themselves out  .

The organisers are looking for a different location to host the event, and have changed the initial poster to the one below.
The event will hold from the 2nd to the 6th of April at an announced venue.

The 'Art Action Make up' is a national makeup competition regrouping makeup artists and many other sectors in the fashion and cosmetic industries.
