'You are more maquisards than me. Come, I am waiting for you' - Ni John Fru Ndi Tells Secessionists Threatening To Disrupt SDF's National Congress

SDF's Chairman, Ni John Fru Ndi

The Chairman of the Social Democratic Front - SDF Ni John Fru Ndi has addressed anglophone separatists, threatening to burn down his residence and destabilize SDF's National Congress that is scheduled for Thursday February 22, in Bamenda, if the congress venue is not moved over to Yaounde.

The separatists say they don't want any political activity in the Ambazonian land, and tag Ni John as a 'traitor'. They went as far as threatening to burn down his Ntarikon residence, should the congress hold in Bamenda.

The Congress has been transferred to another location still to be made known to the public, because of the threats.

Reacting to their threats, the Chairman of Cameroon's chief opposition party said he is 'waiting for them and is not afraid of them, since they are more maquisards than him.'

The big banner announcing SDF's National Congress in Bamenda  was burnt down by the presumed secessionists, who are making death threats to participants of the congress, and equally demanding proof that Sisiku and the rest arrested in Abuja and extradited to Cameroon are alive.

Fru Ndi who from genesis, has always been a Federalist, still maintains his stand on Federalism. "I am an anglophone, but I am not for secession." he constantly declares.
