92 Years Old Multi-billionnaire Fotso Victor Drags One Of His Many Wives To Court For Stealing His Land Certificate

Fotso Victor

One of Cameroon's richest Billionaires from the Western Region precisely from Bandjoun Fotso Victor filed a lawsuit against one of his many wives, for  stealing one of his land certificates and registering it under her name and that of her children a couple of years ago.

According to 'Kalara newspaper' on Kiosk yesterday Monday January 15 2018, on Tuesday January 9, 2018, the Administrative Court of the Center Region Region cancelled, land title N°1770/Mfoundi drawn in 2013 by the land conservatory board bearing the name of  Julienne Djuiga, wife of Fotso Victor and her four children.

The Court established that the land was fraudulently acquired by Mme Fotso and her children, without the knowledge of its initial owner Victor Fotso, and so took the land from them and gave it back to him.

The paper relayed that in 2010, the Billionaire discovered that one of his land titles for a land worth 2453m2 situated at Nkolo II in Yaounde had disappeared.

Two years later, he received a notification from the Yaounde Court of First Instance, that the  missing land title had been transferred to to the name of his wife Julienne and their four children, and that he himself had authorized the transaction, by signing the necessary paper work.

Knowing he had never allocated the said piece of land to his wife and their children, he investigated further, and discovered that the transaction was fraudulently carried out with the the help of a Bailiff, one Barrister Etienne Kack Kack based in Yaounde.

After unsuccessfully handling the matter in a family way, he took the matter to the Supreme Court, where he won his wife and children, and had his land title reinstated in his name.

It should be noted that this 92 years old bourgeois from Bandjoun has uncountable wives, with the youngest as young as 35 years.
