Controversies are already swirling up between the Minister of Public Functions and Administrative Reforms, Michel Angel ANGOUING and the Director General of ENAM Linus Toussaint MENDJANA, over the admission of a dead candidate who did not show up for the Orals into First year of CYCLE A of the Administration and Social Affairs Section, but whose name came out on the list of successful candidates to start school tomorrow Friday Dec. 15, 2017.

According to the Minister who published the final results last Monday Dec 11, 2017, the results were released, based on the Report from the Director General of ENAM (this is contrary to what he said when he cancelled the written part of the exam published by the Director of the school on Nov. 16, 2017).

Meanwhile the Director of ENAM has not said anthing regarding the issue, because when he published the results of the written part, the Minister cancelled it on account that he(DG) did not respect Prime Ministerial Decree No. 2000/696/PM of 13th September 2000, regarding the 'General system of government competitive examinations.'
The Battle of Supremacy between these two is just getting to climax, and we are impatiently waiting to see the end.
