Government Military Take Over Mamfe In A Fierce Battle Today With Secessionists, And Hoist The Cameroon National Flag

Confirmed reports from high places say there is rising tension in Mamfe, chief town of the Manyu Division in the South West Regions, between elements of the Rapid Intervention Batallion - BR and Secessionists today Thursday Dec. 14th, 2017, precisely in Dadji village, which had been captured by Secessionists.

According to military sources from the Gendamerie Office in the South West Region, many secessionists were gunned down during the tension, and "a shotgun, 26 hunting guns, gun powder, ammunition, a pair of binoculars, a laptop, two ranger boots, 6 military uniforms, 20 mobile phones, 71 black t-shirts marked Ambazonia Defense Force -ADF,"  seized from  Southern Cameroons Activists.


The same source said no Cameroonian Soldier was been killed in today's battle that started as early as 7 a.m today.

According to the source, the high commander of the military in the South West Region had received hints of an impending major attack by activists from the neighboring country. "we took the necessary measures, and that was the result."

Sources close to the situation say after the heavy fight, the military erected the Cameroon National Flag, that had been brought down by the secessionists, who hoisted the famous Ambazonia Flag.
