The Cameroon Government has issued International Warrants of arrest for leaders of the Ambazonian Governing Council members.
According to 'Le Jour' newspaper of Wednesday Oct. 8, 2017, making the revelation, all necessary documents relating to these warrants have already been sent to the international police.
The paper relays that the Warrants of Arrest issued is for those activists fanning the flames of the ongoing crisis in the two English speaking regions of the country.
'Top government officials, senior Police and Gendarme officers, State Judges as well as Special agents were mobilized to prepare the warrants, especially after the September 22nd Protest.' The paper reports.
Even though the paper says it could not obtain the names of those to be arrested, they relay that a Senior Police Officer confided to them that H.E Sisiku Julius AyukTabe, was top of the list, followed by Deacon Tassang Wilfred.
The paper says Yaounde held talks with some European nations, who are willing to help them arrest the culprits, before issuing the International Warrant of Arrest.
