'This Crime Has Nothing To Do With Jeopardizing National Unity Like Some Crooked-Minded people Want To Paint' Mbombo Njoya Slams Minister Bibehe

Following Minster Jean Ernest Ngale Bibehe Messina's Press Release of yesterday Sept. 25th, insinuating that the assassins of the Principal of GBHS Foumbam are out to jeopardize National Unity, the Sultan of Bamoun HE El-Hadj Ibrahim Mbombo Njoya has fired backed at the Minister, saying the 'the crime committed does not have anything to do with the jeopardy of National Unity or living together'.

According to the Minister's Press Release, condemning this barbaric act, perpetrators of the crime 'are jeopardizing National Integration and the living together, that President Biya has been recently sweating to preserve.' But the King of the Bamoum people thinks it is an issue of 'insecurity', which the forces of law and order has to deal with in the execution of their job.

In his own press release, reacting to that of the Minister , Ibrahim Mbombo Njoya outlined series of similar incidents that has happened in this very month of September 2017.  He said a Bamoun business mogul resident in Equatorial Guinea who had come home to celebrate the feast of 'Tabaski' with his people, was stabbed and his vehicle put on fire. Again in Foumbot, a young Bamoun was butchered to death. Also Imam Cheik Hussein FIFEN was assaulted and his vehicle taken away from him till date.  The most recent one on the night of the assassination of Prof. Charles Etoundi, when the thugs broke into Dr. Kuate's car parked at the District Hospital, but thanks to the security gadgets could not carry it away, but stole the fire extinguisher.

According to El-Hadj Ibrahim Mbombo Njoya, this has nothing to do with jeopardizing  living together, that President Biya has been fighting to protect lately, like some 'crooked-minded individuals want to paint' (referring to Minister Bibehe), but a problem of insecurity. Mbombo Njoya called on the Security Forces to do their jobs well, and bring these thugs disturbing the peace of the  people of the Noun Division to justice.

He concluded by calling on religious authorities in the Noun to organise prayer sessions in memory of Tommy the local trader, and Charles Etoundi the Principal of GBHS Fombam, assassinated in cold blood on that fateful night of Friday breaking Saturday Sept. 23rd, 2017, and that they should also pray that those criminals terrorizing the people should be arrested and brought to justice.
