The Cameroun government earlier last week, sent its son Samuel Eto'o Fils, on an errand, to discuss with the African and World Football bodies, on the current issues plaguing this sector in the country.

According to the 'La Nouvelle Expression' newspaper reporting the story, the former 9 shirt holder and captain of the Indomitable Lions arrived Cameroun on a special flight on August 30th, paid by the State Treasury, and was received at the Yaounde Etoudi Unity Palace, by a delegation appointed by the Lion man himself.

The paper reported, that the nation's landlord, sent Eto'o to Ahmad Ahmad of CAF, to talk him to becoming friends with Etoudi and its environs, after it was rumoured that the Madagascan refused Etoudi's invitation to Cameroon, following his declarations that Cameroon was not ready to host the 2019 African Cup of Nations.

Eto'o was also sent to meet the boss of FIFA, Gianno Infantino, who recently dissolved the Tombi A Roko led executive at FECAFOOT, and imposed that a normalization committee be put in place, to pilot the affairs of the Cameroonian football which was in disarray  till February 2018.

The paper further said Samuel Eto'o Fils accepted this mission, on condition that all the bad seeds in  FECAFOOT be thrown out, which was equally  an opportunity for him to have his own pound of flesh from his detractors, who are presently held  throat tight, by the ongoing football troubles in the country.

According to the paper, Eto'o had one week to accomplish this task, and it is quite obvious that he succeeded in seducing the African and world football fathers to fall for the charms of his country, as a FIFA/CAF Delegation is already in Yaounde as we write, to solve the burning FECAFOOT issues.
