In a warning letter to President Biya through Cameroon Ambassador to Geneva His Excellency Anatole Fabien NKOU, the Circle of Research on the Rights and Duties of the Human Person (CRED) say they are giving President Paul Biya 110 days to RESIGN  and seek refuge in Mali, or face the consequences.

According to the letter of  August 15, 2017 circulating online, the Association's President Hilaire Bell says this is their third and last warning letter to the 84 years old  Mr. Bi Mvondo,  to quietly go to Mali, and leave Cameroon the way he met it in 1982.

CRED attached a manifestation schedule in their warning, under their 'National Anti-discrimination Program', that they will be carrying out from from September 11 to September 29, 2017, infront of the Cameroon Embassy in Geneva Switzerland.

The Circle of Research on the Rights and Duties of the Human Person ( CRED ) is an international research institute composed of a multidisciplinary research team on critical questions of law and international relations.

The Swiss based NGO is a UN affiliated body, endowed with the Special consultative status granted by the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.
