President Biya Not Among The 10 Most Educated African Presidents While Papi Mugabe Tops The List As Africa's Most Educated President

New reports have emerged, with names of African Top Ten most educated Presidents, and unfortunately, Cameroon's 84 years old President Biya does not even appear number TEN.

According to, 93 years old President Robert Gabriel Mugabe of Zimbabwe is the most educated African President, and might even be among the ten most educated Presidents in the world.
