The Caravan Parading The Commercial Avenue in Bamenda

The streets of Bamenda this day, lacked the effervescent climate that hosted the population of the Western Region yesterday, during the procession of the AFCON Caravan in towns of the region.

Bamenda on the contrary, was ordinary and calm, as ghosts and empty streets watched the caravan parading, while others spied through keyholes, with the exception of some francophones and military guys, who disguised themselves as civilians, ready to incite trouble.

The military was shocked however, since their presence instead scared even roaming flies, and their trouble looking schemes were all foiled.

Meanwhile the Trophy is on its way to Douala, where preparations are heavily underway, with tax payers monies being used to organise the event, and the expenses billed to poor citizen by inflating electricity and water bills.
