Words of Caution to West Cameroonians

No automatic alt text available.

Fellow brothers and sisters of West Cameroon,

Our brothers of the Consortium have rejected invitations from the devil to build individual empires for themselves. They have shown prove of 'Integrity, Selflessness and advanced Trust' sacrificing their everything for the future of West Cameroon.

Each one of us as well, has been very instrumental in one way or the other for the success of this struggle, and in a very short while, the sun will shine on us all.

All of us would want to be alive to witness history in the making. All of us would want to be alive to enjoy the fruits of our individual and collective sacrifices.

We can only see this dream come true if we respect the 'Ghost town' as it is pronounced. We can only be proud of our achievements if we are alive, for 'the dead have no tale to tell'. Reason why as we begin our civil disobedience this morning, we would like to add our voices to that of Consortium and insist that:
  • There should be 'No Street Movements' during the prescribed hours from 6 a.m to 6 p.m
  • Parents, keep your children at home
  • Youths especially should remain indoors and avoid any activity like street football, burning of tyres or blocking roads during the prescribed hours
  • Sit indoors and avoid any group gathering during the strike hours
  • Avoid confrontation with the military watchdogs of LRC. Even if they knock your door to beg for water, don't give them. Let them use public taps or better still buy Mineral water, because once they enter your house, the story changes, as they might be spies thirsty for information that will lead to arrest and complications
  • Avoid discussing political issues with people you don't share the same idea with. Don't forget that we have traitors among us, and they will use a simple argument to get you into trouble
These are the only ways, we can avoid more bloodshed or arrests.

We have lost so many of our brothers and sisters in this struggle, and remember 'there are many things worth living for, a few things worth dying for, and nothing worth killing for'.
