The Cameroon Government has surprisingly adjourned the hearing of Barrister Agbor Nkongho, Dr. Fontem Neba and Mancho Bibixy, initially scheduled for today, to the 13th of February 2017.

The decision was made known in a correspondence addressed by the President of the Military Court, to the defense counsel, and the reasons for the adjournment were undisclosed, but we know it is because of  international pressure.

Reports say almost all Common and Civil Law Lawyers have traveled to Yaounde, and they have vowed that hearing or not, they will all be at the military court to avoid the unpredicted.

Below are the trump up-charges against them;
Barrister AGBOR Felix Balla NKONGHO

Charges: Terrorism, Rebellion against the state, Incitement of civil unrest, Breach of the constitution.

Dr Fontem A. Neba
Charges:  Conspiracy to Terrorism, Rebellion against the state, Incitement of civil unrest, Breach of the constitution

Mancho Bibixy
Charges: Terrorism, Rebellion against the state, Incitement of civil unrest, Breach of the constitution
