Hungry Military watchdogs in Bamenda intimidate hawkers and eat their provisions without paying

City Chemist (liberty Square) remained one of the strategic places for the battle of Bamenda

There is  a funny and denigrating report from Bamenda that Military watchdogs posted to guard the town of Bamenda precisely those at the hospital roundabout are being accused of using their uniforms to intimidate hawkers, eat their provisions and refuse to pay.

It is said that today Monday Dec. 19 201, they ate a hawker's basin of koki and refused to pay.

Does it mean they are not paid for standing under the sun day and night and killing unarmed citizens? Was just thinking aloud.
