Special AFWCON 2016 - Impossible Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon celebrate a hard earned 1-0 victory over the Black Queens of Ghana - Ouf what a match

The Amadou Ahidjo's Stadium, before the match

3 p.m. Tuesday November 29th 2016, the Amadou Ahidjo Stadium was already jam packed with more than 40 000 spectators, to be  live witnesses to Cameroon's majestic walk into the Historic finals of the Cameroon 2016 African Women Cup of Nations.

At the blast of the kick off whistle, hearts began racing, pulse opening and pressures climbing, expecting that one moment when the Lionesses will make a difference, to bring down already tensed nerves.

But then, every minutes was breath holding, till the expiration of the first 45 minutes of the game which ended on nil for both sides.

During the second half of the match, despite numerous attempts of the Zambian Gladys referee to frustrate Cameroon, the Lionesses imposed their presence, stamped their authority, while keeping their spectators spellbound and on their feet.

Then came that long awaited moment, that palpitating moment, that moment where confusion and tension mix up to bring down temperatures to ZERO. The magic 71st minute of play, during a mix up of missed chances for the Lionesses, Lioness Princess Raissa Feudjio did the unimaginable, penetrating the Ghanaian net, to make Goal NUMBER ONE, and LONE GOAL for the encounter, flying Cameroon majestically into the Finals, with a virgin NET.

And so, let history record that this day, Tuesday November 29th 2016 at the Amadou Ahidjo stadium, Yaounde Cameroon, the Indomitable Lionesses of Cameroon beat the Black Queens of Ghana,1-0, hands down, in a match theme 'the Clash of the Titans' where Feudjio Raissa in a  collective team effort, raised the Green, Red, Yellow Flag, shining the Lionesses into the Finals of the 2016 Cameroon African Women Cup of Nation.
