After his deportation from Kenya last weekend for publicly assaulting one of his female dancers, at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi, the almighty king Koffi Olomide, is still receiving blows everywhere, despite his public apology.
Koffi was scheduled to perform in Zambia this year, during the 90th Show at the Agricultural and Commercial Society, but his performance ticket has been withdrawn and his concert participation cancelled, due to last weekend's unfortunate incident.
However, the singer apologized to the world especially to women and children on his official Facebook page yesterday Sunday, asking for forgiveness.
"I profoundly regret what happened..., it was a moment of madness"
he told Congolese Nation Broadcaster RTNC, in an iterview attached to his Facebook post.
He also denied assaulting the dancer, claiming he was protecting them.
